• 5+ years of executive nonprofit leadership experience.
• 4+ years fundraising with Federal/State/County grants and major donors.
• 4+ years staff management including hiring and performance.
• Strong organizational, planning, and delegation skills.
• Builder mindset focused on growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and lead Respond Now's programs.
• Cultivate donor relationships and diversify revenue streams.
• Oversee budgeting, financial oversight, and compliance.
• Build and mentor leadership team; manage 3 direct reports.
• Ensure governance and effective communication with the Board.
