As an Executive Director, Growth & Development, you'll play a dual role: overseeing our high-stakes business development efforts while directly owning and converting opportunities. This is a senior, client-facing growth partner role that requires sharp critical thinking, strong pitch leadership, and the ability to operate autonomously with confidence.
You are expected to be well-connected, proactive, and highly strategic---bringing a deep knowledge of digital and offline marketing, technology, and how to navigate the modern RFP/RFI process with nuance and speed.

Candidates must be in the NYC area or be willing to relocate before their start date. This position offers a hybrid work model, but regular in-person collaboration is expected.
The base salary hiring range for this position is $230,000 to $250,000, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this base range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's applicable skills, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
