Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific/healthcare field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of global clinical research experience.
• Late-stage dermatology trial experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading CROs and vendor management, including negotiations and governance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and risk-management skills.
• Thorough understanding of GCP and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global clinical operational strategies and study plans.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and performance metrics; mitigate risks.
• Collaborate on protocol feasibility and operational input to trial documents.
• Manage CRO and vendor selection, contracting, governance, and performance oversight.
• Oversee site feasibility, activation, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Mentor Clinical Operations personnel and develop cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure inspection readiness and support regulatory inspections.
