• Serve as the lead development officer and oversee unrestricted revenue goals, including events and gifts.
• Meet or exceed fiscal unrestricted revenue goals.
• Directly manage local fundraising staff and provide development opportunities.
• Cultivate a portfolio of corporate prospects and individual donors.
• Foster philanthropy among market staff and volunteers.
• Provide support for volunteer fundraisers.
• Collaborate with the Nationwide team to grow market revenue.
• Recruit and engage Leadership Board members and corporate event chairs.
