Stanford Children’s Health | Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford seeks an Executive Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead the operating budget process, long-range planning, and labor productivity analysis. This role reports to the Vice President of Finance and partners with strategy, service lines, and leaders across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in financial planning/healthcare finance, with 5+ years in senior leadership, and a CPA/CFA/FHFMA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads operating budget process end-to-end with framework design and executive reports.
• Oversees three-year $230M savings initiative with rigorous tracking and validation.
• Maintains long-range financial plan, integrating project results with strategic growth investments.
• Oversees labor productivity reporting, external benchmarking, and financial reporting for insights.
• Prepares financial updates and KPIs for the Board of Directors and senior leadership.
