Providence Mount St. Vincent seeks a Director Foundation/Ministry CPO to lead all fundraising and business aspects, reporting to PMSV Administrator and serving as Executive Director for the Foundation Board.

You will mentor staff and volunteers, cultivate major donors, and steer strategic fundraising in line with ministry priorities. You will manage a ~50-prospect portfolio, supervise campaigns, and ensure financial integrity, compliance, and confidentiality in donor data.

Qualifications

• 8 years of fund development experience.
• 5 years of progressively more responsible related work experience, including at least 3 years as a fundraiser in a healthcare or similar organization.
• 5 years of hospital or healthcare fundraising experience and philanthropic team leadership.
• Experience supporting philanthropic Board(s) of Directors with governance acumen.
• Knowledge of all primary fundraising practices and procedures in a not for profit organization.
• Advanced analytical and planning skills to determine effective fund development strategies.
• Excellent computer skills including core Microsoft programs and CRM management systems such as DREAM, Greater Giving.

Responsabilités

• Develops, secures approval of, and administers short and long range development plans aligned with PMSV mission.
• Develops and administers a comprehensive fundraising program including board relations, donor recognition, planned giving, direct mail, annual giving, events, grant writing and digital campaigns.
• Cultivates and stewards relationships with major donors and prospects to secure significant philanthropic support.
• Leads planned giving program and informs donors about opportunities and updates.
• Researches potential donors and constituencies to advance philanthropic objectives.
• Manages financial reporting, filings, accounts payable/receivable, investments, and donor gift recording.
• Develops collaborative relationships with PMSV leadership and the broader community to foster a culture of philanthropy.
• Directs marketing and communications for donor appeals, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Represents PMSV Foundation in community organizations and professional groups.
