Job summary

Crocs, Inc. seeks an experienced Product Development Leader to drive vision and strategy for new footwear launches. You will stay ahead of industry trends, manage supplier relationships, and develop concepts that align with global expansion goals.

Leading a team and collaborating with senior executives will be essential to deliver world-class products, scale efficiencies, and drive market share while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of twelve (12) years of product development or related experience.
At least four (4) years leading a team.
Subject expertise in the product development process and footwear construction.
Significant knowledge of 3D design and development.
Experience in a sophisticated matrixed organization with a global scope.

Responsibilities

Set the vision and strategy for product development and successful launches.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
Maintain relationships with suppliers to meet specifications and standards.
Develop new product concepts and integrate them into development processes.
Collaborate with executives to implement business unit plans and expansion.
