Overview

The Executive Alliance is seeking an Executive Director who will lead and manage initiatives that support the empowerment, success, and increased life expectancy of boys and men of color. The role involves strategic grantmaking, partnership development, and program evaluation to drive outcomes in education, health and wellness, and economic security. The Executive Director will report directly to the Schott Foundation President and CEO and work closely with the EA Steering Committee.

  • Lead and manage the Executive Alliance's initiatives to empower boys and men of color.
  • Oversee strategic grantmaking, partnerships, and program evaluation to advance education, health and wellness, and economic security outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Schott Foundation President and CEO and the EA Steering Committee to set strategy and ensure program impact.
