Job summary

Every Good Gift in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking an Executive Director who provides spiritual, strategic, operational, and financial leadership to advance the ministry’s mission with excellence, integrity, and compassion.

As CEO, you will work with the Board, staff, volunteers, donors, churches, and community partners to sustain the ministry’s impact while nurturing a Christ-centered culture and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Commitment to the ministry’s Christian mission and agreement with our Statement of Faith.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five or more years in nonprofit leadership or a related field.
• Proven fundraising, donor development, and financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the ministry in alignment with its mission, vision, and biblical values.
• Partners with the Board to set strategy, goals, and priorities.
• Develops donor relationships, fundraising strategies, and church partnerships.
• Oversees participant operations, including finances, budgeting, and reporting.
• Speaks at churches and other forums to generate community engagement and support.
• Recruits, supervises, and mentors staff and volunteers in a Christ-centered culture.

Executive Director - Full Time – Glenside, PA

The mission of Every Good Gift is to share the love of Christ with vulnerable women and nurture healthy job, life, and relationship skills, while creating quality products for customers.

We are a Christ-centered, pro-life ministry that equips single mothers to build stable futures for their families.

Every Good Gift is seeking an Executive Director who is a mature Christian and able to provide spiritual, strategic, operational, and financial leadership to ensure the ministry’s long-term sustainability and impact.

Position Summary

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer, working with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, donors, churches, and community partners to advance the mission with excellence, integrity, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the ministry in alignment with its mission, vision, and biblical values.
• Partners with the Board to set strategy, goals, and priorities.
• Develops donor relationships, fundraising strategies, and church partnerships.
• Oversees participant selection and daily operations, including finances, budgeting, and reporting.
• Speaks at churches and other forums to generate community engagement and support.
• Recruits, supervises, and mentors staff and volunteers in a Christ-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five or more years of not-for-profit, ministry, or organizational leadership experience.
• Proven experience in fundraising, donor development, financial management, and staff or volunteer leadership.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and servant-leadership skills.
