Job summary

A Way Home Washington (AWHWA) seeks an Executive Director to lead a statewide movement ending youth homelessness. The ED will partner with staff, communities, and a diverse board to develop and execute a bold, equity-centered strategic plan that aligns policy, advocacy, and programs with the organization’s mission.

They will guide a growing team, steward resources, and strengthen fundraising and partnerships while centering lived experience and racial equity in all initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large nonprofit organizations with a focus on equity and inclusion.
• Experience shaping strategic plans and guiding organizational growth.
• Strong track record in policy advocacy and cross-sector collaboration.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
