Job summary

Social Venture Partners Seattle seeks an experienced Executive Director to inspire and support a diverse community of donors, volunteers, and investees. You will co-create thriving, sustainable, and just communities by leading strategy, fundraising, and program development while centering racial equity in every decision.

You will build and nurture a network of Partners, manage staff and programs, and collaborate with the Board to ensure financial stability and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead SVP Seattle in setting strategic direction and ensuring financial sustainability.
• Recruit, engage, retain Partners and oversee boards, staff, and volunteers.
• Champion racial equity across programs and policies and tell SVP’s story to stakeholders.
• Develop fundraising strategy and major gifts, partnerships and grants to advance impact.
