JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks an Executive Director in Markets Financial Resource Management to lead the Equities and Prime Financial Services teams in optimizing the financial resource footprint.

You will partner with senior management and desk heads to translate strategy into actionable opportunities that improve profitability and resource efficiency. The role requires leading capital, balance sheet, and funding initiatives, collaborating with Trading, Financing, and Client Service

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of balance sheet, funding/liquidity and capital and their impact on trading and financing businesses in Equities
• Demonstrable people leadership experience, including coaching, delegation/prioritization, and developing high-performing teams.
• Self-directed and highly motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on capital, balance sheet, funding, and liquidity across Equities and Prime Financial Services.
• Establish and drive an integrated capital and funding strategy across Markets trading businesses.
• Analyze key financial metrics to enhance returns and efficiency across equity trading strategies.
• Assess regulatory changes on balance sheet, funding, liquidity, and capital costs and support actions.
• Support key regulatory deliverables (Basel 3 Endgame, GSIB, FRTB) and initiatives.
• Lead and execute Financial Resource Management strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and resource efficiency.
• Develop and enhance reporting, tools, and analytics with Data Analytics and Technology teams.
• Prepare material and present insights, themes, and initiatives for senior management.
• Support ad hoc strategic and business transformation projects.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Financial Resource Management professionals.
