Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on capital, balance sheet, funding and liquidity for Equities and Prime FS.
• Establish and drive an integrated capital and funding strategy across Markets.
• Analyze financial metrics to improve returns and efficiency in trading strategies.
• Assess impact of policy and regulatory changes on balance sheet and capital costs.
• Support regulatory deliverables and initiatives (Basel 3 Endgame, GSIB, FRTB).
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and resource efficiency.
• Develop reporting tools and analytics with Data Analytics and Technology teams.
• Prepare materials and present insights to senior management.
• Support ad hoc strategic projects.
• Manage, mentor and develop Financial Resource Management professionals.
