Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo seeks a senior leader to chair the Center for AI, guiding enterprise-wide AI strategy, governance, and value realization across global functions. You will shape the operating model, define objectives, and ensure accountability for AI outcomes tied to the company’s 5-year plan.

You will lead an integrated leadership team, partner with DX governance bodies, and drive responsible AI adoption while delivering measurable business value and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MS/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years technology/AI leadership experience.
• 4+ years enterprise AI leadership in global organizations.
• Experience with governance and enterprise value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Center for AI vision, strategy, operating model and objectives across six functions.
• Lead the Center for AI leadership team spanning strategy, readiness, technical excellence, governance, and execution.
• Own enterprise AI strategy narrative and value reporting to executive leadership.
