What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a subject matter expert in engineering and data center operations for the Americas Corporate Solutions business
- Provide engineering expertise and support on new sales opportunities and portfolio expansions
- Drive engineering best practices within bid responses in collaboration with sales and solutions leadership
- Manage the sales development of engineering specialty products and coordinate with department leaders
- Participate in RFP/RFI response efforts, including technical responses and pricing exercises

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years of engineering operations solutions/sales experience related to FM service delivery
- Proven sales engineering and solutions experience
- Ability to interact with C-suite executives and deliver effective sales presentations
- Thorough knowledge of the sales and solutions process, capable of converting prospects into clients
