- Master's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current New York State RN license.
- 8+ years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in Emergency or Critical Care.
- 5–7 years of nursing leadership experience.
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving clinical and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical and operational performance across Emergency Services.
- Drive quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Champion workforce engagement, recruitment, retention, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with executive and physician leaders to improve patient throughput and capacity management.
- Lead strategic initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and elevate the care experience.
