Job summary

Civitas Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for Elk Creek Senior Living in Burleson, TX. You will lead with compassion, shaping strategy, operations, sales, and staff development to ensure resident well-being and community growth.

The role requires 3+ years in senior living leadership, and state certification or the ability to obtain it. You will oversee budgets, regulatory compliance, and technology adoption to drive engagement and quality care.

Qualifications

• Senior Living Leadership experience (3+ years).
• Applicable state certification for managing senior living communities or ability to obtain as required.
• Experience with RealPage, Eldermark, Enquire or related systems.

Qualifications of an Executive Director:

• Senior Living Expertise: 3+ years in leadership roles within the senior living industry.
• Certification: Applicable state certification for managing senior living communities or ability to obtain as required.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with RealPage, Eldermark, Enquire, or related systems preferred.
• Financial Acumen: Proven record in financial management, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
