Qualificações

• Eight years of professional experience in real estate development, economic development, redevelopment, planning, business administration, or closely related field, including three years managing programs/projects.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in urban/regional planning, finance, real estate financing and development, public administration, business administration, political science, economics, or closely related field.
• Additional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and direct goals, objectives, policies, and work standards for the Economic Development Department.
• Plan, organize, and manage personnel and operations within the department.
• Review and oversee project management staff and contract work to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate grants and funding and monitor project progress.
• Lead collaboration with external organizations and agencies to advance economic development priorities.
• Prepare reports, annual work plans, and department budgets.
