Qualifications

• Experience in economic development strategy and partnerships with government and private sector.
• Track record in real estate development, urban planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage complex projects and budgets across public-private settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a 5-year strategic economic development plan with measurable goals.
• Lead business recruitment and expansion efforts to attract investment and jobs.
• Support redevelopment, adaptive reuse, and downtown revitalization initiatives.
• Foster relationships with board, city/county leadership, and regional partners.
• Oversee marketing and investment promotion to attract regional and national interest.
