Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of educators and drive exceptional early childhood education in our community. You will hire, develop and engage staff, partner with families, and build strong relationships with licensing authorities and partners.

You will apply business, sales, and marketing skills to expand our center’s presence, recruit new families, and ensure high-quality care and education for children daily.

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to use a computer with basic proficiency; lift 40 pounds; work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
