Job summary

MSD Malaysia seeks a senior digital solutions leader to partner with DPTM, shape product strategy, and deliver capabilities that accelerate discovery science through data, analytics, AI, and modern platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate scientific priorities into investment decisions, and drive end-to-end transformation across scientific and technology domains.

The role requires 10+ years in leadership, deep understanding of drug discovery, and proven ability to align

Qualifications

10+ years in leadership roles in life sciences or technology
Broad understanding of drug discovery and early development processes, technologies and data types
Ability to articulate strategy and translate to roadmaps
Influence enterprise technology strategy
Executive communication skills
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity

Responsibilities

Own and strengthen the strategic relationship with DPTM leadership.
Lead Discovery and Translational Science product strategy and roadmaps.
Build and evolve high-performing product teams leveraging data, analytics, AI, and experimentation.
Influence stakeholders to balance value delivery and tradeoffs.
Translate enterprise strategy into measurable business and scientific outcomes.
