You will partner across Technology, Design, Operations, Legal, Risk, and business units to translate objectives into execution-ready roadmaps and scalable capabilities.

You will guide strategic initiatives, lead product discovery, and manage senior stakeholders to ensure client-centric digital banking experiences

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product, platform, or technology leadership.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms.
• Experience in Wealth Management, banking, or fintech domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of next-generation digital banking capabilities.
• Partner with Technology, Design, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct product discovery, client research, and usability testing to improve adoption and engagement.
• Present strategy, risks, and progress to executive management for alignment.
