Qualifications

• 13 years of drug development experience in pharma or biotech.
• Strong people management skills.
• Experience in creating and executing clinical development plans aligned to broader strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Development Asset Leads and teams to optimize program value.
• Guide assets through IND-enabling activities, first-in-human studies, proof-of-concept and lifecycle planning.
• Represent assets in discussions with senior stakeholders and portfolio governance forums.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making across complex, matrixed environments.
