Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Senior Director for Business Operations and Data Governance within Intelligence Ventures. You will partner with the Head of Intelligence Ventures to run the business behind a new behavioral intelligence platform, owning the budget and coordinating with Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

You will establish data governance, build operating cadences, and align internal partners such as Corporate Marketing, Spectrum Reach and BI to deliver resources and product

Qualifications

• Experience leading ops for a senior executive or business unit.
• Proven budget ownership with Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Experience building governance and data governance processes.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate in an early‑stage, build‑from‑scratch environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model and rhythm of Intelligence Ventures.
• Manage the budget and interfaces to Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Stand up data governance operations with workflows, review forums, and cadences.
• Define collaboration with Corporate Marketing, Spectrum Reach, and Business Intelligence.
• Support the Head of Intelligence Ventures with strategy translation and executive‑level materials.
• Build scalable processes and governance foundations to enable growth.
