JPMorganChase, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking an Executive Director, Data Owner for Liquidity & Account Solutions. This role drives strategic data governance, ownership, and quality across complex domains to enable analytics, AI, and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with data product managers, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to build scalable governance, ensure data lineage and controls, and grow high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data governance or data ownership in a large organization.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and metadata management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise governance.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance, quality, integrity, and appropriate use across data domains.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and operating models.
• Ensure data sourced from authoritative systems with clear lineage.
• Define, monitor, and drive remediation of data quality standards and controls.
• Oversee data access and entitlement models for secure usage.
• Partner with Data Product Managers, Data Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Drive metadata management and data discoverability across platforms.
• Identify data risks and implement scalable governance solutions.
• Lead discussions with Data Use Councils and governance forums.
• Promote data reuse and enterprise data value creation.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams; represent the business in governance forums.
