The New York City Police Department is seeking an Executive Director of Compensation and Benefits to oversee auditing of HR and payroll transactions across multiple systems and to ensure data integrity. The role leads time balance audits, processes NYCAPS submissions, and reviews DP-2001 submissions and City Time transactions.
You will manage a large payroll staff, resolve audit findings, and monitor compliance with laws, rules and departmental standards.

Under the direction of the Assistant Commissioner, Human Resources Division the department is seeking a detail-orientated and experienced individual to oversee auditing of various human resources and payroll transactions.
The Executive Director will play a key role in conducting employee separation audits, processing time and leave transactions, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data across multiple human resources and payroll systems. In this role, the selected candidate will support the timely and accurate resolution of audit findings, system updates, and employee inquiries in accordance with applicable laws, rules, policies, and departmental standards.
