As Chief Executive, you will steer strategic planning, fundraising, external relations, and operations, reporting to a nine-member board; on-site with remote flexibility, salary $68,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience,

Qualifications

• Exceptional leadership, management, and organizational skills.
• Experience fundraising, donor development, sponsorship, or grant oversight.
• Proven ability to build partnerships across government, education, and community groups.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with marketing/PR background.
• Financial oversight, budgeting, and monthly reporting experience.
• Strong strategic-planning ability to turn vision into action.
• Open-minded, flexible leadership with receptiveness to feedback.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields; bilingual/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, direction, and day-to-day leadership; work with the Board on a new strategic plan informed by community feedback.
• Act as principal spokesperson and connector, building partnerships with local government, higher education, schools, and nonprofits.
• Build and grow donor base; lead fundraising campaigns including sponsorships, grants, and endowment work; supervise grant writer; lead marketing/PR.
• Lead staff with an empowering approach; recruit, train, conduct reviews, and foster strong relationships with Board and partners.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning with the accountant; monthly reports and compliant operations.
