Cornell Cooperative Extension Saratoga County is seeking an Association Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, advancing mission alignment with CCE and the Land-Grant system. The role partners with the Board to guide governance, fiscal stewardship, program development, and community impact.

• Master’s degree with a minimum of six years of related professional experience, including leadership.
• Leadership, strategic thinking, sound judgment, change management, and people management.
• Experience in nonprofit/government leadership, fund development, and grants.
• Willingness to travel within county, region, and state; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Direction and Management – lead strategic planning and organizational performance.
• Governance & Board Relations – support board governance and policy review.
• Marketing and Public Image – act as the primary public representative.
• Fund Development – align initiatives with board priorities and grants.
• Fiscal Management – budgeting, accounting oversight, and compliance.
• Human Resources & Volunteer Engagement – manage staff and volunteers.
