Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred with ten years+ management experience in health/ nonprofit sector.
• Experience leading FQHC or community health organization preferred.
• Proven leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the executive team across administrative, clinical and financial domains.
• Present reports and policy recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Oversee budgeting, fundraising, grants, and compliance with HRSA and state/federal laws.
