Real Estate Personnel, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Director of Commercial Property Management to provide strategic leadership and oversight of a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial assets in Denver.

The Director will report to ownership, lead the property management platform, manage client relationships, and drive portfolio performance, operational excellence, and business growth while mentoring a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Previous Director-level commercial property management experience is required.
• Significant experience overseeing retail, office, and industrial CRE.
• Proven success leading Property Managers and building high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of third-party commercial property management.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining relationships with property owners, investors, and CRE clients.
• Ability and interest in contributing to business development and portfolio growth.
• Advanced understanding of commercial property financials, including budgets, operating statements, CAM reconciliations, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases and property operations.
• Executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business judgment with strategic and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the commercial property management division.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Property Managers and supporting team members.
• Oversee the performance and operations of a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties.
• Establish standards, best practices, and performance expectations across the portfolio.
• Serve as a senior-level resource for complex property, tenant, financial, and operational matters.
• Ensure teams deliver high level of service to owners and tenants.
• Partner with ownership on portfolio strategy, staffing, and priorities.
• Maintain oversight of budgets, financial reporting, CAM, capital projects, and variance analysis.
• Evaluate property performance and identify opportunities to improve operations and asset value.
• Ensure lease obligations and client expectations are met.
• Provide recommendations to ownership and clients on operations and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and participate in owner/client meetings.
