This person will lead the division and focus on Business & Industry (B&I), Community Facilities (CF), Rural Energy for America (REAP), and Water & Waste Disposal (WWD) loan department; the person hired will build a book of business from the ground up after operational pieces are in place. Use your current network as a springboard and expand on that network from coast to coast—with no geographical restrictions other than staying within the United States.
The bank has multibillion-dollar assets which allow lenders to do large loans. There are no industry restrictions or dedications—if the deal cash flows, it is up for consideration.
