Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programmes in large organizations (NAMR/APAC – India/ LATAM/Hong Kong).
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI‑assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
• Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem‑solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.
• Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high‑pressure, shifting environments.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Executive‑level experience managing strategic relationships with cloud providers or other large‑scale technology partners.
• Experience designing governance forums, executive review mechanisms, and escalation processes for complex enterprise initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable commitments, measurable outcomes, and operating plans.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen, including investment planning, value realization, and partnership optimisation.
• Experience leading through influence in highly matrixed organizations with competing priorities and diverse stakeholder groups.
