Executive Director - Clinical Research Dermatology (REMOTE)

Join Organon as an Executive Director in Dermatology, responsible for strategic oversight of dermatology products and lifecycle management. Lead clinical strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the US at global levels. Based in Switzerland or the US.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and oversee clinical strategies for dermatologic assets, including tapinarof.
  2. Manage global clinical studies, data analysis, and regulatory submissions.
  3. Serve as a dermatology scientific expert, engaging with investigators and key opinion leaders.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams, develop long-term lifecycle strategies, and manage budgets.
  5. Represent the company at external scientific meetings and develop external site plans.
  6. Ensure alignment of strategy with regulatory and commercial goals.

Required qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree; advanced degrees considered based on experience.
  • Experience in dermatology or supporting dermatologic product development.
  • Clinical leadership in drug development, regulatory interactions, and public speaking experience.
  • Fluency in GCP standards.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Dermatology.
  • Deep expertise in late-stage drug development and regulatory support.
