Job summary

You will build a multi‑year roadmap, partner with IT, Quality, and vendors to enable end‑to‑end visibility across studies, sites, and milestones.

Second, you will lead a CDS team, manage day‑to‑day vendor relations, and drive best practices, data integrity, and regulatory readiness across global trials.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology leadership within biotech/pharma.
• Experience with eTMF, CTMS and related integrations.
• Proven dashboards, analytics, automation and decision-support tools.
• Experience audits, regulatory inspections, inspection-readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDS team, define and execute the systems roadmap.
• Oversee TMF/CTMS implementation and modernization efforts.
• Partner with data/analytics to define KPIs and scalable dashboards.
• Sponsor opportunities to automate processes and improve data integrity.
