Celldex in New Haven, CT is seeking an Executive Director, Clinical Development to lead immunology programs across allergy, dermatology and related areas. You will shape development strategy, oversee Phase 1-4 trials, ensure patient safety, and drive scientific content for regulatory submissions and publications.
Lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with CROs and KOLs, interpret trial data, and present findings at conferences.
As a member of the Clinical Leadership Team, the Executive Director, Clinical Development will serve as a subject matter expert and team leader for programs/indications in allergy, dermatology, and other therapeutic areas within immunology. The Executive Director is expected to function at the highest level with multiple responsibilities: shaping clinical development strategy with a focus on development and execution of clinical trials, including Phase 1 through Phase 4 studies, overseeing study patient safety, playing key roles in data collection and analysis, creation of critical scientific content, attendance at advisory boards and various scientific congresses, and KOL engagement efforts.
The expected base salary for this position is: $233631.00 to $373203.00. We are committed to compensating employees equitably based on several factors including experience, education, licensure/certifications, skill level, location of the position, and availability of similar talent in a competitive market.
Subject to eligibility and applicable plan terms, compensation includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive, 401(K) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
