Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Executive Director to lead the Protocol Management Office (PMO) within the Clinical Design & Delivery Center. The role drives scientific quality, governance, and training initiatives across clinical development and regulatory interfaces.

The holder will shape the CDDC strategy, foster innovation, and partner with DQS, IT, and QA to enable efficient trial design and execution while representing BMS in external forums.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience in clinical operations, statistics, and epidemiology.
• Proven leadership across global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong problem-solving and change-management skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Provide rigorous scientific review and revision of pivotal protocols and study documents across therapeutic areas.
• Lead a PMO team coordinating reviews and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
• Engage senior TA heads to promote scientific quality and consistency in PRC reviews.
• Develop and refine governance processes for protocol submission, triage, and delivery.
