The individual will lead training and development, partner with R&D and external service providers, and champion process improvements to support Takeda's development

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in data management or related field.
• Second-level management experience required.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and alliances.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee Clinical Data Management strategies for TAUs/operational units.
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and within-budget delivery of clinical databases.
• Develop resourcing, outsourcing, and risk management strategies.
• Represent CDM in global regulatory audits and inspections.
