Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Senior Director for CIDO Governance & Strategy to shape enterprise IT strategy and drive governance across the organization. The role leads a multidisciplinary team, aligning portfolio, compliance, and asset management with business priorities and risk posture.

Falls Church preference; travel up to 10% as needed. You will partner with CIDO leadership and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable digital initiatives, enterprise scorecards, and a culture of data‑driven

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field with 10+ years of senior IT/digital leadership experience.
Experience leading governance, portfolio management, and strategic IT programs in large orgs.
Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional alignment.

Responsibilities

Design and lead disciplined strategy development for CIDO with multi‑year roadmaps.
Lead governance, risk, and compliance programs with escalation and accountability.
Direct PMO/Portfolio activities to ensure strategic objectives and funding alignment.
Oversee IT asset management and technology experience initiatives for enterprise impact.
Build a high‑performing leadership team and champion data‑driven decision making.
