Qualifikationen

• PhD in chemical biology, chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience with demonstrated people leadership.
• Hands‑on track record in chemical probe design (degraders, PROTACs, covalent/AB chemistry).
• Experience building and scaling a chemical biology function and leading senior teams.
• Ability to set multi‑year technical strategy rather than executing a single program.

• Set chemical biology strategy and lead multiomic discovery to target ID efforts.
• Build and mentor a team of chemists and manage internal/external CROs.
• Coordinate with biology, multiomics, computational biology, and data science to align strategy with platform capabilities.
• Represent chemical biology strategy to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to IP strategy and business development for novel chemical matter.
