Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, marketing, labor relations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and staff management.
• Develop annual chapter budget with Treasurer and Vice President, ensuring balanced finances.
• Lead government relations and advocacy for merit shop positions at state and national levels.
• Represent ABC Illinois in national meetings and external affairs, including PAC activities.
• Plan and implement staff development, training programs, and governance-related initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Labor Relations, or other similar field
