Job summary

Mercy in Rogers, AR seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for the cardiovascular service line, overseeing Echo, Cath Lab, EP Lab, Stress Testing, Cardiac Rehab, and the Cardiology Clinic. This role leads clinical operations, financial performance, business planning, and budgeting across the organization.

The leader will hire and oversee managers across all service areas and serve as a primary liaison to physicians, clinical teams, and support departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience with budgeting and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the cardiovascular service line.
• Hire and oversee managers across service areas and liaise with physicians, clinical teams, and support departments.
• Oversee clinical operations, financial performance, budgeting, and capital planning.
