Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an Executive Director of Capital Planning in Oakland, CA to lead enterprise capital planning with regional and national teams. You will ensure the capital plan aligns with strategic and long-range plans, drive the ten-year plan, and manage CAC/ISWG governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in financial planning, modeling, analysis, strategic planning or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Expertise in capital planning and analysis, financial modeling.
• Leadership and talent management experience, five or more years required.
• Experience leading financial planning process changes from concept through implementation.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior management.
• CPA or CMA and healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the ten year capital plan and budgets with market guidance.
• Coordinate CAC and ISWG processes and board approvals.
• Provide decision support and analytics to leaders.
• Monitor budget-to-actuals and variance analysis.
• Lead development of capital portfolio views and alignment with strategy.
