Job summary

Reed College seeks a Director to oversee daily operations of the Health and Counseling Center, blending direct patient care with administrative and clinical leadership. The role requires supervising staff, guiding programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support holistic student health.

On campus the Director will collaborate with campus partners, participate in strategic planning, and remain actively involved in after-hours care and crisis response while advancing data-driven

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a Physician (MD/DO/ND) or NP in Oregon.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in healthcare leadership and administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and staffing at Health & Counseling Center.
• Lead program development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with campus partners to support student health and well-being.
• Ensure safety, accountability, and adherence to clinical standards and accreditation.
