  • Lead community watch initiatives and manage security infrastructure.
  • Oversee technology services and access control policies.
  • Manage contracts, enforce governing documents, and prepare budgets and financial reports.
  • Plan long-term community needs to maintain financial stability and property standards.
  • Ensure staff compliance with laws and community standards.
  • Keep the board informed through reports and meetings.
  • Manage financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and collections.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and maintain ongoing education and community engagement.
  • Oversee maintenance of utilities and infrastructure to uphold property values.
  • Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
