Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking an Executive Director for Promises DFW in Lewisville, TX. This role oversees clinical and administrative operations, drives compliance, and steers profitability within regulatory guidelines.

The Executive Director will lead program development, staffing, and community relations while ensuring quality patient care and alignment with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field required
• Completion of all supervisory courses required to supervise clinical mental health staff
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies and assess business performance
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and licensing requirements
• Ability to work well with others in a team approach

Responsibilities

• Develops annual program goals and objectives to support Company vision
• Manages facility and operates within budgetary expectations
• Ensures services meet standards set by regulatory agencies
• Oversees staff scheduling and timecard approvals
• Develops and implements plans for enhancing productivity, compliance, and profitability
