Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Executive Director for an assisted living community to lead operations, ensure resident-centered care, and drive business objectives. You will oversee staff, regulatory compliance, and community growth.

The role requires a licensed AL administrator with knowledge of state guidelines and at least 1 year in a senior leadership capacity within assisted living. Full-time position with competitive benefits and regional support.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator, with license in good standing in the state of operation.
• Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws.
• Organize, develop and direct resources to maintain the highest quality care for residents.
• Plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives.
