As an Applied AI Modeling Executive Director, you lead a team of AI/ML scientists building geospatial and graph-based models that guide where to open, relocate, or reformat branches, and you present to senior leaders across Real Estate, Finance, and Market Strategy.
Success is measured by the trust your models earn and their real business impact.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a quantitative or spatial field.
- 10+ years in developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models, with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Expertise in geospatial analytics, graph ML, optimization, or spatial statistics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management to translate complexity for senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing AI/ML team focused on geospatial and graph AI.
- Partner with Real Estate, Finance, and Market Strategy to align decisions.
- Translate modeling innovations into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Lead talent in research and adoption of cutting-edge AI techniques.
- Establish best practices for geospatial model development and cloud deployment.
- Oversee validation, documentation, and monitoring of models.
