Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in oil and gas reservoir engineering, technical advisory, or related roles.
• At least 5 years combining reservoir engineering and transaction advisory.
• Proficiency with ARIES, PHDWin, ArcGIS/QGIS; strong data and modeling skills.
• Deep knowledge of M&A, valuations, and due diligence processes.

This individual will provide technical leadership to clients and internal deal teams and serve as a trusted advisor on acquisitions, divestitures, financings, strategic alternatives, and corporate transactions. This position is intended to evolve into a leadership role overseeing the firm's A&D practice and broader technical advisory capabilities.The role requires a unique combination of deep reservoir engineering expertise, transaction experience, commercial acumen, and client-facing advisory skills.
