T3 Sixty is currently working with a client to help them find an Executive Director | Qualifying Broker in Skidaway Island, Georgia.
The Executive Director | Qualifying Broker provides strategic direction across sales, operations, marketing, recruiting, and financial performance while fostering a high-performance culture that delivers exceptional service to clients and supports the long-term success of the organization. This person serves as the face of the company within the community and works collaboratively with The Landings Club, The Landings Association, and the Board of Directors to strengthen the company's ~50% market leadership.
Compensation:
$100,000 – $125,000 base salary + performance incentives (OTE of $150,000–$200,000+)
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader who brings both strategic vision and hands-on operational discipline. Someone who is energized by the opportunity to modernize and elevate a high-potential organization rather than simply maintain the status quo.
This person earns trust quickly. They lead with credibility and presence, build genuine relationships across every level of an organization, and bring the polish and professionalism that a luxury brand demands. They are equally comfortable presenting to a Board of Directors as they are coaching an agent through a difficult transaction.
Culturally, The Landings is a close-knit, community-oriented organization, and the ideal leader will respect and honor that identity. The right person sees a family culture not as an obstacle to performance, but as an asset worth protecting, and they know how to raise the bar without breaking what makes the place special.
This is not a role for a traditional rainmaker or a passive manager. Rather, this leader is someone with the accountability mindset of a business owner; someone who sees the P&L as their responsibility, builds systems that outlast their presence, and is motivated by leaving the organization measurably stronger than they found it.
