Bay Area Women’s and Children’s Center in San Francisco is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to guide the organization’s next chapter, building on 40+ years of impact and expanding services for women and children in the Tenderloin.

The ED will lead authentic partnerships with community leaders, schools, governmental entities, donors and volunteers, provide compassionate leadership and advocate for those served by BAWCC, with a focus on safety, opportunity and empowerment.

Located in the heart of San Francisco’s Tenderloin, Bay Area Women’s and Children’s Center (BAWCC) supports women and children so they can thrive. BAWCC’s vision is to ensure women and children in the Tenderloin feel safe, secure and inspired to achieve their dreams.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Bay Area Women’s and Children’s Center seeks a dynamic, visionary and strategic Executive Director to build on 40+ years of impact and move the organization to the next chapter. The Executive Director will maintain authentic relationships and partnerships with community leaders, school staff, governmental entities, donors, Board Members, staff, and volunteers. The Executive Director will work closely and collaboratively with the Board of Directors to provide compassionate leadership and advocacy for all who are served by BAWCC.
